The City of Cleveland seeks a qualified Third‑Party Administrator (TPA) to manage all Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) claims and conduct comprehensive liability claim reviews. The TPA will integrate with the City’s existing cloud‑enabled risk‑management platforms (Ohio BWC TPA Portal, Origami Risk, Microsoft Teams), provide 24/7 online access, handle sub‑rogation opportunities, and deliver regular reporting (monthly loss runs, quarterly summaries). Compensation is based on hourly rates or fixed fees; the contract runs until all services are completed and approved.
