Request for Statements of Qualifications and Proposals Martin Luther King Jr. Technology Academy Hardcourts, Exterior Building Improvements and Roofing Replacement Lease Leaseback Project

The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking qualified providers of lease-leaseback construction services to submit statements of qualifications and sealed fee proposals for the Martin Luther King Jr. Technology Academy Hardcourts, Exterior Building Improvements, and Roofing Replacement Project. The project includes demolition and replacement of existing asphalt hardcourt areas, concrete walkways, curbs, fencing, gates, and drainage, as well as dry rot repair and exterior painting of affected areas. The estimated budget for the project is approximately $7,300,000. • The project is expected to commence on June 8, 2026, and be completed by August 14, 2026. • The district is looking for a firm to provide preconstruction and construction services for the project. • The firm will be responsible for value engineering, procurement of long lead materials and products, and facilitating meetings with members of the school community. • The firm will also be responsible for master scheduling the project, budgeting, and confirming that the design and products used meet current district standards.
