Description
The United States Air Force is seeking to procure two Compact Vertical Mast Diesel-Powered Mobile Light Towers. The light towers must meet specific requirements, including being equipped with high-efficiency, directional LED light fixtures providing a minimum of 350-watts per fixture and capable of rotating 360 degrees, featuring a powered vertical mast assembly and a liquid-cooled, Tier 4 Final compliant diesel engine with a minimum 30-gallon fuel tank capacity, and providing a minimum of one 120 VAC, 20A GFCI, duplex outlet and one 240 VAC, 30A Twistlock outlet. The light towers must also be mounted on a heavy-duty trailer with a standard 2-inch ball coupler, DOT-compliant highway-rated tires, and a lockable, weather-resistant, sound-attenuated enclosure.
• The procurement will be awarded to the vendor who is deemed responsible and whose quote conforms to the RFQ's requirements and is judged to represent the technically acceptable quote with the lowest complete and reasonable price.
• The Government will evaluate the lowest priced quote for technical acceptability and price reasonableness.
• The evaluation process will be repeated until reaching a technically acceptable quote, or until all quotes are evaluated.
