Junipero Serra Park Restroom Roofing Project

The County of San Mateo is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to provide reroofing services for two existing park restroom buildings at Junipero Serra County Park. The project involves removing the existing tar and gravel roof, inspecting for water and wood rot damage, repairing or replacing damaged wood, and installing a new Johns-Manville 60mil TPO membrane single-ply roof assembly.
