Description
The County seeks a qualified contractor to construct a 16‑ft wide reinforced‑concrete, multi‑use pedestrian under‑crossing beneath State Route 159, linking the Legacy Trail on both sides of the highway. The work includes deep‑foundation drilled shafts, concrete retaining walls, storm‑drain infrastructure, removal and replacement of existing pavement, installation of guardrails, railings, signage, and related site work, all under prevailing‑wage and federal‑aid requirements.
