The Fitchburg Housing Authority is seeking bids for emergency repairs at 22 Daniels Heights. The project includes structural repair of termite damage, repair and replacement of framing surrounding the rear entry, replacement of sill below rear entry, and wall and ceiling refinish. The estimated cost of the project is $30,000.00. The bid deadline is 02/02/2026 at 11:00AM EST.
• The project is subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
• The bid deposit is not required for projects advertised under $50,000.
• The workforce participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
