The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to provide self-locking hex nuts. The contractor must be able to provide 1225 units of self-locking hex nuts, 1.00-8UNC-3B, NASMl, with a 7828 PIN MS1 7828V16C, 450 degree VESPEL insert, dark brown color, NICU GR-400 or 405. The contractor must also provide data requirements, including a certificate of compliance and certification/data report. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to telecommunications equipment and services. • The contract will be for a 100% small business set-aside. • The FSC code is 5310 and the NAICS code is 332722. • The small business standard is 600. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM. • The contractor must comply with all applicable clauses and provisions, including those related to telecommunications equipment and services. • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance and certification/data report. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
