Ammunition for Police

The City of Ames is accepting quotes for ammunition for the Police Department. The requested ammunition includes 9mm ball, Hornady Critical Duty 9mm, 12 Gauge Federal Tru-Ball Tactical Low Recoil HP Slug, Federal Tactical TRU 308 Win, Speer LE Golddot 223 Rem, and 12 Gauge Federal Topgun Clay Target Shotshells. The prices quoted must be exclusive of all taxes, and the City of Ames is exempt from certain taxes. The delivery must be coordinated with Aaron DeLashmutt, and all responses must be submitted before the deadline. • The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make awards in the best interest of the City. • The bidder must agree to all the documents as part of this Request for Quotation. • The bidder must provide the manufacturer, catalog/part number, lead time, and number of rounds per case for each item. • No late responses will be reviewed, and no bidder may withdraw their bid for at least thirty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
