Description
The County of Loudoun is seeking bids from DEQ‑approved stream mitigation banks to purchase 1,126 stream mitigation credits under the Unified Stream Methodology. Credits will compensate for impacts associated with the Evergreen Mills Road, Watson Road, and Reservoir Road intersection improvement project within the Middle Potomac‑Catoctin watershed (HUC 02070008). The exact credit quantity will be determined by pending USACE and DEQ permits. Bids must be submitted by the close date, and all solicitation documents are available for download; electronic submissions via EVA will not be accepted.
