The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide replacement parts for multi-band tactical radios. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and two possible option years, with a total duration not exceeding 3 years. The solicitation includes 16 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and will be solicited using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products procedures. The evaluation of offers will be based on a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other factors.
• The contract will have a minimum and maximum quantity set at the NSN level.
• The solicitation will be available for 30 days at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
• The consolidation of contract requirements is authorized due to the benefits of consistent terms and conditions, decreased acquisition lead-times, and improved supply availability.
• A subcontracting plan and evaluation factors for small business participation will be required.
• The expected benefits of the consolidation do not meet the thresholds for a substantial benefit, but are critical to the Agency’s mission success.
