The City of Worcester is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and parts services for its two‑way radio fleet used by the Emergency Communications Department. The contract covers handheld and vehicular radios, chargers, antennas, and related accessories, but excludes backbone repeaters and system software. The vendor must be a Motorola Solutions Authorized Service Center, staffed with FCC‑licensed, Motorola‑certified technicians, and be located within 25 mi of Worcester.
