The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a vendor to provide one new long‑arm compact excavator complete with manuals, on‑site training, a 2‑year/2 000‑hour warranty, and all required accessories. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications (minimum 42 hp engine, 48‑inch bucket, rubber tracks ≤ 13.8″, ROPS/FOPS canopy, and compatibility with existing Bobcat‑style quick‑attach system). Delivery is required to the Authority’s Beckley South Complex within 120 calendar days of contract execution, and the vendor must supply a full set of documentation and training. Evaluation will be based on technical compliance, training, delivery schedule, price, warranty, and a possible West Virginia vendor preference.
