Disposal of Wastewater Sludge and Water Residuals Services

The El Paso Water (EPWater) is soliciting proposals for the disposal of wastewater sludge and water residuals services. The scope of work includes furnishing goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services as set forth in the solicitation. Bids must be received electronically or by sealed bid in the Purchasing Office by the specified date and time. The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. Key aspects of the job include: • Disposal of wastewater sludge and water residuals services • Furnishing goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services • Compliance with the specifications and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation • A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM (MT) via Microsoft Teams • Questions must be submitted by May 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM (MT)
