Description
The US Embassy Nepal is seeking a contractor to provide Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs) and Electronic Battery Modules (EBMs) to the U.S. Mission. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, transportation, tools, and equipment to perform the supply. The contractor must be an authorized seller of the original equipment manufacturer. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion, and the resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submitting a quotation.
• The quotation must be submitted electronically in a specific size and format.
• The file size must not exceed 20MB.
• The contractor must provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel.
• The contractor must provide all necessary transportation, tools, instrumentation, equipment, and supplies required to perform the supply.
