Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District is seeking a contractor to digitize approximately 235,350 pages of mixed‑format documents, including standard‑size paper, oversized sheets, bound books, and photographs, and to deliver secure, searchable PDFs along with encrypted media and destruction certification. The work requires handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), compliance with NIST and FIPS standards, and background investigations for all personnel. The contractor must pick up 50 boxes from two locations (Baltimore, MD and Fort Greely, AK), scan the material per detailed specifications, provide encrypted hard‑drive delivery, and destroy the originals after customer approval.
