Description
The Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District is seeking quotations from qualified vendors to provide swimming pool and surge tank repairs and replacement services at George R. Austin Intermediate School. The scope of work includes repairing and replacing necessary components of the swimming pool to make it functional, including the concrete balance tank, pump and strainers, and installation of a metered backwash system. The project also requires power washing and acid cleaning of the pool walls and floor, grouting of pool lane tiles, and painting of the pool walls and floors. The contractor must conduct a CORI and SORI check with favorable findings prior to beginning the work.
• Repair and replacement of the concrete balance tank
• Installation of a BECS7 water chemistry and equipment room controller
