The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a vendor to produce 15,000 gold‑foil‑embossed certificate folders (both landscape and portrait formats) for the Department of the Air Force’s METC Administrative Services. The contractor must create a die for the agency seal, apply imitation‑gold foil stamping, perform die‑cutting and folding, and deliver the finished folders (plus die) to a Texas location by early October 2026. The award will be based on the lowest total price submitted for the eight “jacket” packages, each to be billed separately, and all procurement steps—including proof submission and receipt of an “OK‑to‑Print” email—must be completed within the tight schedule.
• 10,000 landscape folders (24”×9” flat, folded to 12”×9”) and 5,000 portrait folders (18”×12” flat, folded to 12”×9”).
