Asbestos Abatement - Air Monitoring Services at Lufkin State Living Center

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Asbestos Abatement – Air Monitoring Services at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a term to be determined, with an option for extension. The contractor will be required to provide air monitoring services to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The contractor must have experience in asbestos abatement and air monitoring services. • The contractor must have a valid Texas Identification Number (TIN) • The contractor must provide proof of insurance • The contractor must provide a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) • The contractor must provide a completed Pricing Sheet • The contractor must provide any other information deemed necessary by HHSC
