Description
The Alabama Board of Nursing seeks a qualified contractor to completely dismantle, remove, haul away, and legally dispose of an existing aluminum‑composite sign mounted between two brick columns at its Clanton satellite office. The contractor must protect the brick columns and surrounding property, provide all labor, equipment, safety gear, and disposal services, and leave the site clean and safe. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required.
• Dismantle and remove sign panels, framing, brackets, fasteners, and any associated hardware.
• Preserve the two brick columns; no demolition or alteration of the columns is permitted.
• Haul all removed materials off‑site and dispose of them in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide all labor, supervision, tools, lifts, vehicles, safety equipment, and insurance.
• Coordinate work timing with the Board and report any damage immediately.
