On-Call Painting, Plaster, and Drywall

The State of Kansas is seeking bids for on-call painting, plaster, and drywall services. The contract will be for a period of five years, and multiple contracts will be awarded to allow users to select and award projects based on availability, capabilities, and type of project. The contractor will be expected to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the required work. The work will be awarded and performed using a work order/purchase order, and payment will be done through an invoice process. • The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. • The contractor must provide hourly labor costs for painting, plastering, and drywall. • The contractor must provide contact information and any special considerations or information. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. • The contractor must maintain a clean and organized work area and protect adjacent surfaces and furnishings from splatters and damage.
