Strategic Leadership Innovation Program (SLIP)

The United States Space Force is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive leadership development services to implement a cultural transformation framework across the enterprise. The training shall focus on a mindset-first approach, rather than the typical skill-based training pedagogy. The services include foundational workshops, leadership training, executive coaching, strategic facilitation, all associated course materials, and the certification of internal Government personnel. • The contractor must be a GSA contract holder under the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services - Training, 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. • The Arbinger Company is the sole developer, owner, and provider of the "Outward Mindset" methodology and its associated intellectual property, including copyrighted course materials and workshop content. • The Government's minimum requirement is for a leadership and cultural development program based on a foundational, mindset-first approach, not a traditional skills-based one.
