The Turbomolecular Pump evacuates the mass spectrometer to the required vacuum. The equipment will be used as spares for the USGS’s Thermo isotope-ratio mass spectrometers.
• The Ion Source Board must be mechanically and electronically compatible with Thermo Delta V Plus isotope-ratio mass spectrometers
• The Ion Source Board must be controllable using Thermo ISODAT data acquisition and control mass spectrometer software
• The Turbomolecular Pump must be equivalent with Thermo part number 1289010 or equivalent pump
• The Turbomolecular Pump must be controllable using Thermo ISODAT data acquisition and control mass spectrometer software
• The equipment must be delivered within 3 months of receipt of order
• No installation or training is required
• A minimum warranty of 90 days for the Ion Source Controller Board and 1 year for the Turbomolecular Pump is required
