The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking sealed bids to replace the synthetic turf at Field #2 of Hal Bartholomew Sports Park in Elk Grove, CA. The contractor will remove the existing turf, prepare and test the base, install new synthetic turf with soccer and flag‑football markings, install goal footings and anchors, conduct GMAX testing, and provide an eight‑year warranty.
