Description
The Government intends to procure bulk Dinitrogen Tetroxide (N2O4) conforming to military specification MIL-PRF-26539 and Energy QAP E45.02 Manufacturing Qualification Requirements Dinitrogen Tetroxide (Aerospace Energy). The contract term is for 10 years, with a six-month phase-in period, a 54-month base performance period, and a five-year option period. The solicitation includes ancillary services such as a Monthly Maintenance Facility Fee (MMFF), Cylinder Re-certification Testing, Evacuation and Purging of Containers, and Precision Cleaning of Containers.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price with economic price adjustment (FP-EPA) requirements-type contract.
• The contractor must deliver bulk propellant, Dinitrogen Tetroxide (N2O4), to the Government.
• The contractor must provide Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) & Market Entry Stand-Up for new market entrants or contractors establishing a domestic production line.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, health, and environmental protection.
