Isotonic Sideline Rights

Auburn University is seeking formal proposals from qualified respondents to provide isotonic beverages in defined locations to Intercollegiate Athletics. The successful contractor will be required to provide isotonic product sales, sideline marketing exposure, and affinity with a nationally renowned athletics program. In return, the contractor will receive financial remuneration, in-kind contribution, product allotment, equipment, and other logistical support. The contract will have a term of five years with a possible renewal of five years. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal including financial structure, product offerings, and management plan. • Key aspects of the contract include: • Provision of isotonic beverages to Intercollegiate Athletics • Sideline marketing exposure and affinity with a nationally renowned athletics program • Financial remuneration, in-kind contribution, product allotment, and equipment • Management plan and contract administration • Compliance with NCAA guidelines and State of Alabama laws
