Seals for Fixed Wheel Gates at Nimbus Power Plant

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to provide custom seals for the fixed wheel gates at the Nimbus Power Plant. The seals must be designed to provide watertight sealing capability under repeated gate cycling and resist wear, deformation, and environmental degradation. The contractor must have experience in providing similar products and services. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing custom seals for the fixed wheel gates at the Nimbus Power Plant • Ensuring the seals provide watertight sealing capability under repeated gate cycling • Resisting wear, deformation, and environmental degradation • Meeting specific design and material requirements, including the use of PTFE cladding and FISB molded corners • Delivering the seals to the specified location by the required deadline The contractor will be required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide documentation, including a completed price schedule and representations and certifications.
