Advance Notice – Renovate B.1816 McGuire AFB, Joint-Base-MDL, New Jersey

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the construction of a project at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, NJ. The project includes renovations, alterations, reconfigurations, and some addition to the existing facility, with a focus on interior concrete floor stab thickening, HVAC systems, fire suppression, and other interior work. The project also involves the demolition and replacement of two water tanks, as well as the addition of a loading dock area and utilities, site improvements, pavements, communications infrastructure, and other support work. The contract duration will be 540 calendar days, with phasing work involved. Key aspects of the project include: • Renovations, alterations, reconfigurations, and additions to the existing facility • Interior concrete floor stab thickening • HVAC systems, fire suppression, carpet/tile, wall finishes, ceiling material, interior electrical systems, office entry doors, latrine fixtures, main entrance canopies • Reconfiguration of interior walls • Addition of a loading dock area • Demolition and replacement of two water tanks • Utilities, site improvements, pavements, communications infrastructure, and other support work
