The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking a qualified firm to develop a Project Prioritization Toolkit. The selected firm will provide materials, equipment, products, and labor to accomplish the project. The project is 95% federally funded, and the selected firm must comply with federal conditions. The contract term is 24 months, and the not-to-exceed budget is not specified. The firm will be required to provide a Project Prioritization Toolkit that can be used for short- and long-range plans.
