Description
Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to purchase 40,000 megawatt-hours (MWh) of Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) to offset electricity consumption for FY 2025. The RECs must be Green-E Energy Certified, unbundled, and generated by facilities placed in service on or after October 1, 2009. The delivery of RECs must be made electronically by November 19, 2025. The laboratory intends to use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology for evaluating quotations.
• The RECs must be generated between April 1, 2024, and January 1, 2026, consistent with DOE reporting rules.
• The RECs must be delivered electronically no later than November 19, 2025.
• The quotation must include a signed page one of the RFQ, completed Representations and Certifications, and confirmation of lead time.
