The Caddo Parish School Board is seeking a qualified vendor to supply complete sets of student uniforms and related accessories for both youth and adult students across elementary through high‑school levels. The contract will cover a broad range of apparel items (shirts, polos, blazers, vests, cardigans, trousers, shorts, skorts) and optional monogramming services, with required catalog, sample submission, and a market‑basket pricing worksheet. Delivery is FOB Destination to the district’s central address with tight turnaround (within five business days) and a 30‑day trouble‑free return policy. The solicitation includes a one‑year contract term (Jan 1 2027‑Dec 31 2027) with two optional one‑year renewals, and an estimated total spend of approximately $60 k for the first year.
• Provide full catalog (hard copy ×2, digital ×1) and physical samples (youth & adult shirts and pants) by the bid opening date.
• Submit a single percentage discount off list prices; pricing will be evaluated via a “best‑value” scoring system (quality, scope, cost, market‑basket).
• Vendor must have experience in student‑uniform supply, maintain adequate inventory, and meet insurance and compliance requirements (general liability, automotive, workers’ comp, etc.).
