Replace Roof - Goodyear Dining Hall

The work of this single bid project includes the abatement of EPDM roofing system. Installation of modified bitumen roofing system. Extension of existing roof exhaust. Installation of curbing for future use. Replacement of existing roof drainage and limited internal drainage system. Installation of fall protection system. New ladders and walk pads. Plans will be available after December 22, 2025, through Avalon Print & Copy Centers (716-995-7777 & https://www.avalonbuff-planroom.com). A project walk-through has been scheduled for January 6, 2026, at 10:30a.m., meeeting at the Goodyear Dining Hall.Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
