Description
This is a service requirement for American Lake Bldg. 62 Roof Cleaning. The contract will be restricted to 5 tasks: installing roof anchors, removing moss from the roof using brooms, applying moss killer, removing the remainder of the moss, and site cleanup. The roof is approximately 13,000 square feet and is a semicircle slope with a 57-foot radius. The cleaning is only of the 3-tab roofing material. The contractor will be required to provide email-only responses to the Contracting Officer.
