Description
The O'NEIL HERBICIDE TREATMENT project involves the application of herbicides to control noxious weeds on approximately 2,800 acres of land in Nevada. The project requires the contractor to provide equipment, labor, and materials to apply the herbicides. The treatment area includes roadsides and areas with varying terrain and vegetation. The contractor must be available to work during the approximate performance period of June 1st to July 17th.
• The contractor must provide a list of chemicals intended for use with their bid package.
• The contractor must use approved herbicide formulations and adjuvants.
• The contractor must maintain buffers for non-aquatically formulated herbicides.
• The contractor must travel to areas for treatment, even if access is limited.
