Description
The Leach Public Library is seeking fixed-price construction bids from qualified general contractors for a 16'x32' addition, system upgrades, and basement level renovations. The work includes a new elevator, new archive vault, new ADA restrooms, new electrical service, new mechanical system, basement level renovation/finishes, and civil work to accommodate the new ADA entry and utility connections.
