Description
The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is seeking vendors to supply electrical distribution equipment for the CBC Ammunition Project. The scope includes pad‑mount switchgear, junction cabinets, and two types of transformers, all meeting specific voltage, rating, and construction requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically by the October 8 2026 deadline, and all questions must be filed by October 6 2026. The contract will be a one‑year term, renewable up to five years, with delivery required by September 1 2027. Vendors must provide proof of insurance, a non‑collusion certificate (if bid exceeds $25k), and must be able to accept payment via EPay (Visa) or ACH.
