Description
The Lee County Board of Supervisors is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural services for an infrastructure project. The project has potential funding from various federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Economic Development Initiative Community Project Funding and the Appalachian Regional Commission. The selected firm or individual will be responsible for performing all Architectural services through project closeout, including preparing preliminary cost estimates, plans, and specifications, distributing bid documents, and performing construction inspections.
The proposal evaluation criteria include:
• Qualifications (40 points)
• Experience (40 points)
• Capacity for Performance (20 points)
The contract will be awarded to the firm or individual with the highest cumulative points and will be on a fixed price basis.
