The contractor must handle full‑service offset printing, quality‑assured press‑sheet inspection, proof approvals, binding, packaging, and traceable nationwide shipping of over 38,800 copies to NASA centers, universities, and other partners. The award will be based on the lowest responsive quotation that meets all technical and logistical requirements.
