Septic System Installation (Beaver Dam Park)

The Walton County is requesting a quote for the installation of a new septic system at Beaver Dam Park. The system shall be installed in accordance with the attached FDEP permit and the scope outlined below. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish and install a complete onsite sewage treatment and disposal system (OSTDS). The scope of work includes installing a minimum 900-gallon septic tank, a minimum of 360 square feet of drainfield in a trench configuration, and ensuring the system is designed to support a park restroom facility. • The septic tank must be concrete and compliant with Florida standards • The drainfield must be a chambered drainfield system with pricing for a conventional gravel system as an optional alternate • The installation must comply with FDEP permit requirements, Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-6, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations • The contractor must maintain all required setbacks and elevations per permit, coordinate required inspections, ensure proper grading and site restoration upon completion, and abandon any existing septic components encountered, if applicable, per permit notes
