Civitan Park Pond Outlet Structure and Conduit Replacement

The City of Farmington is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the outlet structure, overflow standpipe, valves, and conduit at Civitan Park Pond. The project includes installing a new 5' × 5' precast concrete outlet structure and selecting one of two conduit installation methods (jack‑and‑bore or open‑cut). Additional work covers valve vault construction, head gates, trash rack, demolition, grouting, erosion control, and site restoration, all in compliance with New Mexico Dam Safety Bureau standards. The contract must be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed, with liquidated damages of $1,500 per day for overruns.
