Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $10,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose the total contract value. Based on comparable municipal water‑tank relocation projects of similar scale (0.5 MG tank, extensive civil works, SCADA integration), total construction costs typically range between $5 million and $10 million. Factors influencing the final amount include the extent of site remediation, material prices (steel, concrete, pipe), subcontractor rates for specialized coating and instrumentation, and any change‑order scope adjustments during execution.
