The City of Cleveland is seeking qualified vendors to supply mower parts and related materials for its municipal water‑treatment plant equipment. The contract will be awarded on a “lowest and best” basis, with a total ceiling of $18,000. Vendors must be certified Hustler and Stihl dealers, provide OEM‑specified parts on an “as‑needed” basis, embed shipping costs in unit prices, and submit required compliance forms (Northern Ireland affidavit, wage‑theft disclosure, MSDS, dealer certification).
