Owner's Advisor for Lift Station and Force Main Project

The City of Brighton is seeking a qualified consulting firm to serve as the Owner's Advisor for the Lift Station and Force Main Progressive Design-Build Project. The selected firm will provide high-level expertise throughout all phases of the project, including contract management, technical review, and construction oversight. The project involves the design and construction of a lift station and force main to direct wastewater flow from the Lochbuie plant to Metro's Northern Treatment Plant. The Owner's Advisor will work closely with City staff to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the City. Key services include: • Contract management and review of invoices and change orders • Technical review of design documents and cost estimates • Construction oversight and inspection services • Start-up and commissioning services • Contract close-out support services The City is looking for a firm with experience in similar projects, including progressive design-build projects and owner's advisor services. The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, qualifications, and experience.
