Description
The Government Publishing Office seeks a qualified printer to produce 3,000 PTSD Prescription Pads (Item PTSD31). Each pad is 7 × 5 in., single‑sided, 4‑color offset‑printed on 70 lb white uncoated paper (JCP A60), bound as 100‑sheet pads with a chipboard backer and flexible edge padding. The contractor must provide one press‑quality PDF soft proof for approval, follow strict packaging (individual cartons ≤ 45 lb, specific bursting strength and edge‑crush) and palletization rules (≥ 16 cartons per pallet, wood Type III, max 2,000 lb) and deliver the completed goods to the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center by 24 August 2026. Mandatory GPO forms (2678, 917, 905) and QATAP Level 3 quality assurance inspections are required.
