The State of Illinois, through the Illinois State Board of Education, is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, evidence‑based universal mental‑health screening solution for students in grades 3‑12. The contract includes delivery of a validated screening instrument, a configurable cloud‑based platform, integration with existing district and state systems, data‑security and privacy compliance, statewide implementation planning, training, technical support, and ongoing reporting.
• Provide a brief (≤ 10 min), trauma‑informed screening tool with self‑report capability for grades 3‑12.
• Supply a secure, scalable platform that can serve approximately 1.3 million students annually and integrates via FHIR/HL7/Ed‑Fi and Okta SSO.
• Deliver implementation services—including training, district‑level rollout plans, family‑communication tools, and equity monitoring – with a go‑live target of July 1 2027.
