Natural Grass to Artificial Turf Athletic Field Conversion

The City of Clermont is seeking a contractor to convert an existing natural grass athletic field to a high-performance artificial turf system. The project includes design, engineering, demolition, site preparation, drainage improvements, and installation of a manufacturer-approved slit-film/monofilament synthetic turf system. The selected respondent will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including infill materials, field markings, and all associated components necessary to deliver a complete, ready-for-play field. • The project site is located at Lake Felter Park, 1750 Johns Lake Rd., Clermont, FL 34711. • The field measures approximately 160 feet wide by 250 feet long, for a total area of approximately 40,000 square feet. • The project requires a minimum eight-year manufacturer's warranty and a two-year installation warranty. • The respondent must provide proof of insurance and comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations, and building code requirements applicable to the work. • The City reserves the right to reject all responses, cancel the project, or re-advertise the solicitation.
