26-066 Design New Melle Sundust Preserve

The St. Charles County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a Request for Qualifications for design and engineering services to prepare construction bid documents needed for the design and development of Sundust Preserve at the Park at New Melle Lakes. The scope of the development may include designing a new entrance and parking area, evaluating the location and design of shelter and restroom structures, developing a unique dog training experience, and determining cost estimates for construction. The selected design team should anticipate evaluating the current plan, discussing and recommending refinements, and preparing an updated design plan document with detailed cost estimates.
