Description
The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to renovate the locker rooms at the Wackford Community & Aquatic Complex. The project includes the removal of existing tile surfaces, countertops, and fixtures, and the installation of new wall tile and epoxy flooring. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed by March 13, 2026.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on October 15, 2025.
• The contractor must submit a proposal that includes a comprehensive table of contents, executive summary, qualifications and experience, and a work plan.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements.
• The contractor must provide a payment bond and a performance bond.
• The contractor must complete the project within the specified timeframe and budget.
