Asphalt Products

The City of Roseville is seeking bids for Asphalt Products, including 3/8" AC Plant Mix, 1/2" AC Plant Mix, 3/4" AC Plant Mix, No. 4 Maximum (Topeka/Sheet Mix), Cut Back Mix, and Power-Patch pavement repair material. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through publicpurchase.com by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 24, 2026. The bid must include the total "Performance Grade" unit price for all products, as well as a completed pricing worksheet. • The City reserves the right to determine whether an alternate product is an "approved equal". • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must provide a signed bid bond, if applicable, within 48 hours of notification by City staff. • The bidder must upload an electronic PDF copy of their bid bond to publicpurchase.com at the time of submitting their bid. • The City will transport and deliver asphalt materials from the bidder's designated production facility to project locations within the City limits.
