Aquatic Center Renovation and Addition - Wyoming Life Resource Center - Wyo. Dept. of Health

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking bids for the Aquatic Center Renovation and Addition project at the Wyoming Life Resource Center. The project includes limited renovation of the pool area and a 1,303 square foot addition to the mechanical equipment room. Scope of work includes site work, concrete foundations, stud framing with brick veneer, asphalt shingle roof with vented nail base system, gutters and downspouts, H.M. Doors and frames, high performance paint systems, gypsum ceilings, mechanical systems relocation and modifications, lighting and electrical. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. MT. • The project requires a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. • The successful bidder will be required to execute a formal contract with the Procuring Agency. • The contract will include terms required by the Attorney General. • The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.
