NPS WAN Fiber Upgrades

The Newaygo Public Schools are seeking bids for the replacement of existing WAN fiber between district buildings with new fiber. The project involves upgrading the fiber infrastructure to improve connectivity and efficiency. The bid documents will be available starting January 5, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on January 9, 2026, to address any questions from bidders. The bids will be accepted until February 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and will be publicly opened and read at the Newaygo High School Cafeteria. • The project requires the replacement of existing WAN fiber with new fiber. • Bid documents will be available electronically starting January 5, 2026. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 9, 2026, to address questions from bidders. • Bids must be accompanied by a disclosure statement and bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. • The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
